If your Annual Membership is current, and your card does not open the gate, please follow the instructions on the sign at the gate.
Lifetime members are still required to update their contact information each year in July- December, as your cards are only valid for one Calendar year (Jan 1st– Dec 31st). Update online, at club meetings or by mailing Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Phone number and email address to Holmen Rod & Gun Club.
To operate the gate, hold your RFID membership card over the keypad and the gate will open. The five-digit number on your card is not a code to open the gate.
If you deicide to pause or cancel your subscription to membership please : KEEP YOUR CARD. IT WILL BE RE-PROGRAMMED IF YOU LATER DECIDE TO RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP!
The new cards are designed to provide several years of use. They will be programmed to each member yearly and will operate the gate from 7:30 AM – 9:00 PM. As in the past, there will be no shooting before 8:00 AM.
When your card becomes worn or unreliable from normal use, replacement cards will be provided free of charge.
To receive a replacement card, contact our Membership Director at hrgcmemberships@gmail.com or attend a monthly meeting. You may be charged $50 for a replacement card.
