Annual memberships are available online, by mail, (use membership form), or at club meetings. Annual Membership fees are $100.00. Annual membership will be valid for one year from date of purchase.
To purchase memberships online, you will need to set up an account with a username and password. This account will have an automatic renewal for your membership the following year. There will be an email sent to the email account that you created and use when you sign in, 2 weeks in advance to your credit card being charged for the upcoming year. If you do not wish to renew your membership, log into your account and cancel payment. If you wish to remain a member, your membership will automatically be renewed if the credit card used is valid.
Memberships purchased online will receive a 5-digit temporary gate code in your email’s paid receipt. This code is for immediate access. Your membership card will arrive via USPS.
Mailed membership forms and those purchased at club meetings will be valid for one year from the date of processing.
Lifetime memberships fees are $1000.00
Current Lifetime members are still required to update their contact information each year in October, November, or December, as your cards are only valid for one Calendar year (Jan 1st– Dec 31st). Update online, at club meetings or by mailing Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Phone number and email address to Holmen Rod & Gun Club.
Beginning January 1st, 2020, all members must use an RFID (radio-frequency identification card) to access the club. This update allows us to change and update each membership separately in case of a lost or stolen card and be validated for the upcoming years.
To operate the gate, hold your new RFID membership card next to the keypad and the gate will open. The five-digit number on your card is not a code to open the gate.

The new cards are designed to provide several years of use. They will be programmed to each member yearly and will operate the gate from 7:30 AM – 9:00 PM. As in the past, there will be no shooting before 8:00 AM.
When your card becomes worn or unreliable from normal use, replacement cards will be provided free of charge.
To receive a replacement card. Contact our Membership Director at firstname.lastname@example.org . Attend a monthly meeting or drop it into the $10.00 guest pass box at the gate. Your free card replacement is the discretion of any HRGC board of director.
Report lost or stolen cards to; email@example.com.
Replacement of lost, stolen or purposely damaged cards will be replaced. You may be charged a replacement fee.
Holmen Rod and Gun Club is operated by 100% volunteers and process time depending on payment method, may take 1-3 weeks.
