Membership Policy
Memberships will be available both online or by mail. Fill out and pay using the online form below. Using the online form will allow immediate access to the club.
For mail-in, print the HRGC Mail in Form here. Please send in your application early as to not delay your access to the club! Processing of mail-in applications will take up to 4 weeks.
Membership fees:
Annual $100.00 Annual memberships run one year from purchase date
Life $1000.00
The club uses a key pad operated automatic gate at the entrance to the club. A temporary access number will be emailed to the new member. A personalized Life Membership Card (Radio Frequency Identification Card) will be mailed to the Life Member. Simply place this card next to the keypad and the gate will open. Please fully read the letter that will accompany the personalized Life Membership Card.
PLEASE do not share your gate access code! Sharing this access code will result in the loss of membership.
GUEST PASS POLICY. Guests are allowed to use club grounds when accompanied by a current member.. A drop box for guest fees will be available at the gate entrance and all fees must be paid before entering club grounds. The fee PER GUEST is $10.00 for the day. The sponsoring member is responsible for their guests.
The facilities of the Holmen Rod & Gun Club are maintained by volunteer help and by funds raised by the club. Club meetings are held the 2nd Wednesday of every month at 7:00 pm, except December. All members are welcome and encouraged to attend. Guests are also welcome. All meetings are held on the club grounds.
If you successfully submit payment, you will receive an email notification with a temporary gate code.

If the gate code is not in your SPAM folder, please email hrgcmemberships@gmail.com and we will verify your account and supply you with the temporary gate code.
Important: Membership provides access to one individual. It can not be shared by businesses or groups.
